Yes, you will find locally grown, quality Costa Rican coffee, served as simply as the traditional ‘pour-over’ method.
No, you won’t find commercial drinks, high-sugar, processed foods, nor alcohol either.
Home-made granola bars, small batch bean to bar chocolate, hands-on coconut butter, nori rolls with locally caught tuna- and whatever else we source farm (or sea) to table.
